The Persistence Lightweight raises the bar even further, adding the benefit of handle scales injection molded from tough fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN). The molded scales reduce its weight by almost 10 percent compared to its G-10-handled counterpart and offer the enhanced grip traction of our signature Bi-Directional Texture(TM) pattern. All other features are consistent with the original model, including a full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade, full, skeletonized stainless steel liners, a four-position pocket clip, and a sturdy LinerLock mechanism. The Persistence Lightweight is available with a satin-finished blade and brightly finished handle hardware with a choice of PlainEdge(TM), partially serrated CombinationEdge(TM), or fully serrated SpyderEdge(TM) configurations.
